  • What is CreatixWorld?
    CreatixWorld is a website where you can sell, buy and search for creative projects like Logos, Stationery, Posters, Brochures, Catalogues, Invitations, Packaging, Web Designs and more. Any creative mind can join us for free and sell original content of their own and we are helping the buyers by giving them the opportunity to buy ready-made designs and receive the artwork files in minutes in just a few clicks away.
  • Do I need to register if I just want to browse on CreatixWorld.com?
    NO. You do not have to register on CreatixWorld.com if you only want to browse.
  • How do I search for projects?
    You can type in relevant keywords in the search bar on the top of the website.
  • Which browser is compatible with this website?
    For Windows: Internet Explorer v.9 +, Safari, Opera, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Netscape. 
    For Macintosh OSX: Safari, Opera, Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox.
    For Linux: Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome.
  • What personal information you collect?
    All Site visitors: IP address.
    Contributors: First Name, Last Name, Company, Member name, Address, City, Postcode, Country, Date of birth, E-mail address.
    Members who complete a purchase (Contributors and Buyers): First Name, Last Name, Company, Billing address, E-mail address.
    All payments are processed securely by PayPal. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. For more details about your personal information collected, please read our Privacy Policy.
  • Is CreatixWorld using cookies?
    YES. CreatixWorld uses cookies to hold your login details, the items in your cart and the project listed in your Favorite List. No credit card or purchasing data is stored in the cookie. Also, no personal information is stored in any CreatixWorld.com cookie.
  • What is Standard License Price?
    There is a fixed Standard License Price of $50. Standard License Price it means that unlimited buyers can purchase the project. The Standard License entitles the Buyer to use, change and reproduce the Project for commercial purposes and production runs up to a combined total of 250,000 units (digital and/or hard copy). For more details, please read our Terms of Use, Section 2.
  • What is Exclusive License Price?
    Exclusive License Price is available only on the projects that have not been sold before as Standard License Price. The Exclusive License entitles the Buyer to use, change and reproduce the Project for commercial purposes and production of unlimited units (digital and/or hard copy). Only one Buyer can purchase the project. Note that Exclusive License Prices may not be available for all Projects. For more details, please read our Terms of Use, Section 2.
  • Why is there 0% VAT?
    According to United Kingdom’s Law, if a company has an annual profit less that 77.000 pounds, it doesn’t have to charge VAT. And because of that, we are 0% VAT.
  • I am unable to access or make purchases on your website. What should I do?
    It could be that your computer is behind a corporate firewall or your computer may not be accepting cookies. Please contact your web administrator for more information.
  • What should I do if I am unable to connect to a secured connection to make purchases?
    You could be behind a corporate firewall that is currently blocking the port that is needed to make the secured purchase. Please contact your company web administrator for more information.
  • How can I contact customer support and sales?

  • What is Favorite List?
    The Favorite List is a list where you can add the projects you love and you’d like to see them later. You can access the Favorite List on the right-top corner near the Search button.
  • How can I add Projects to my Favorite List?
    Adding projects to your Favorite List is simple. Just click on the star icon on right-top corner, next to the project title in the Project Page, or when you search for projects, just click on the star icon under the project image.
  • What File Formats are available and what they are?
    Each project can have multiple file formats availability. Each Contributor can sell a project in different file formats. The file formats are:

    Adobe Illustrator CS5, CS6 or CC (.ai is a file format for representing single-page vector-based drawings). These files are high resolution and suitable for printing. CS5 and CS6 (Creative Suite) are the previous versions of CC (Creative Cloud).

    Adobe Photoshop CS5, CS6 or CC (.psd is a file format for representing a complex image that include layers with masks, transparency, text, alpha channels and spot colors, clipping paths and duotone settings). These files are high resolution and suitable for printing. CS5 and CS6 (Creative Suite) are the previous version of CC (Creative Cloud).

    Adobe InDesign CS5, CS6 or CC (.indd is a file format and contains formatting, content, styles, and linked files used for Desktop Publishing to create books, magazines, newspapers, flyers, etc.). These files are high resolution and suitable for printing. CS5 and CS6 (Creative Suite) are the previous versions of CC (Creative Cloud).

    Adobe PDF for view (.pdf is an open standard for electronic document exchange and they look just like they would if printed. But unlike printed documents, PDF files can contain clickable links and buttons, form fields, video and audio). These files are not editable and can have low resolution for on-screen view or high resolution for printing.

    Encapsulated PostScript EPS (.eps files are more-or-less self-contained, reasonably predictable PostScript documents that describe an image or drawing and can be placed within another PostScript document. These file format form the basis of early version of Adobe Illustrator Artwork). These files are editable and suitable for printing.

    JPG for view (.jpg also known as JPEG files, are a common file format for digital photos and other digital graphics). These files are just for on-screen view.

    PNG for view (.png is a raster graphics file format that supports lossless data compression). These files are just for on-screen view.
  • What are ready-made design elements?
    Ready-made design elements are (but not limited to) stock images, vectors or illustrations, fonts, illustrations included in dingbat/ornament typefaces.
  • What are Copyrighted elements?
    If a contributor used ready-made design elements in its project, it must provide link of each individual element in order to be available to purchase the copyrights of that element(s).
  • What is PayPal?
    PayPal is a global e-commerce business allowing payments and money transfers to be made through the Internet. Online money transfers serve as electronic alternatives to paying with traditional paper methods, such as checks and money orders. For more information about PayPal, please visit www.paypal.com.
  • How can I report a project?
    If you noticed a License and/or Copyright violation on a Project, please send e-mail to info@creatixworld.com. Please don’t forget to specify the file number of that project in the e-mail. This report includes, but is not limited to, graphic elements or concepts that have been used or reproduced by a Contributor in its project without informing the Buyer about the License and Copyrights of the content; a Contributor copied a concept or any design elements from another Contributor from CreatixWorld or designer from other websites.
  • How do I unsubscribe from the mailing list?
    To unsubscribe from our mailing list, please click on the “Unsubscribe” link provided in the e-mail we sent to you when you have purchased a project or posted a project. You can find the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the e-mail.

  • How Does CreatixWorld Work?

    2. Click Standard License Price or Exclusive License Price to add the project to your cart
    3. Read our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
    4. Enter your details and click Continue. If you are a member of CreatixWorld, just enter your details and click Sign In
    5. Activate your account
    6. Go to cart and checkout now to make the payment
    7. Done! An e-mail was sent to you with links for downloading the project’s artwork files and also you’ll find in there the Invoice and Legal Copyrights of the project.
  • How Can I Use CreatixWorlds Project?
    All the Projects from CreatixWorld are suitable for your business. If you are an individual creative, or a business company or a creative agency, you can use our projects for your own clients. For more details about the usage, please read our Terms of Use.
  • Can I see the content of my cart if I’ll access CreatixWorld.com later?
    YES. Because we are using cookies, your cart content will be available for view for a period of 30 days after your last visit on the CreatixWorld.com. If you don’t visit CreatixWorld.com for more than 30 days, your cart will be empty.
  • Do I need to create an Account for buying a Project?
    YES. You must create an Account on CreatixWorld to download the artwork files you have purchased.
  • What file formats will I receive after buying a project?
    Each project has different file formats availability. Please check the left side of the Project’s page to know what formats is available for that project.
  • Are the artwork files editable?
    YES. Each project has fully editable files. You will be able to change fonts, texts, colors, move elements… everything you want, except the view images (PDF, JPG and PNG).
  • Will I receive a hard copy of the project?
    NO. All purchases on CreatixWorld.com do not required a hard copy to a physical delivery address. All purchases are digitally and include: archived .zip artwork files, invoice, password to open the .zip archive and the legal terms.
  • How do I download the purchased Project’s artwork files?
    When you purchased one or more Projects from CreatixWorld.com, you will automatically receive e-mail about your purchase containing links to: artwork files, invoice, copyrights and a secured password so you can open the .zip archive. The availability of the links is for 60 days starting from the date you have made the purchase.
  • What can I do if I have received the e-mail with the link, but I can’t download the artwork files?
    In the “purchase e-mail” there are two ways of how to download the files. You can click on the big buttons or you can click on the links provided at the bottom of the e-mail. In case none of this works, please check your internet connection if this work properly and if you still experience problems with downloading the files forward the “purchase e-mail” send it to you, to support@creatixworld.com and we will send you new links as soon as possible.
  • What are the limits on downloads?
    You can download the files at no additional costs as many times you want during the availability period of the links, which is 60 days starting from the date you have made the purchase. You can download the files by accessing the links provided to you in the E-mail.
  • What rights I am buying?

  • Are there any restrictions on usage?

  • Can I register a purchased project as a trademark?

  • File not usable?
    Here at CreatixWorld we make sure that all artwork files for each one of the projects are high quality and meets our quality standard. But if you noticed a corrupt or blurry image or artworkfile after a purchase, please send us e-mail with the order number to sales@creatixworld.com and we will send you a full refund and we will re-evaluate the project.
  • What is the refund/cancelation policy?
    We can fully refund only purchased projects that have not been downloaded from the CreatixWorld.com server. If you have made a purchase on CreatixWorld by mistake or you have changed your mind and you want to cancel the purchase and you haven’t downloaded the files by clicking on the links provided to you in the “purchase E-mail”, please send us E-mail with the order number to sales@creatixworld.com and we'll do our best to send you a refund. If you have already downloaded the files from the CreatixWorld.com server, we can no longer offer you a refund for the purchase.
  • Do I have to purchase the Copyrighted Elements in the project?
    YES. If a Project contains copyrighter elements, you’ll have to purchase all the Copyrighted elements from that Project. You can check each element before purchasing the project, by clicking on the link provided by the Contributor.
  • How can I contact the Contributor for further changes?
    You can contact the Project’s Contributor for further changes only if is available for changes. You can check the availability of the contributor at the bottom of each project page, right under the project’s images. You can send a private message to the Contributor by clicking on the “Send Message” button on the left side of the Project Page. If the Project’s Contributor is not available, you can still Send a message to other Contributor and ask if it’s available to help you with the changes.
  • What if I’d like to buy a project, but the contributor is not available for changes?
    If the Project’s Contributor is not available, you can still Send a message to other Contributor and ask if it’s available to help you with the changes. You can send a private message to the Contributor by clicking on the “Send Message” button on the left side of the Project Page.
  • Do I have to pay every time I use the project?
    NO. Once you have purchased the project you can do almost everything you want with it. Please read Section 2 (License/Assignment) from our Terms of Use for more details.
  • Can I use the purchased Project for my own clients?
    YES. All the Projects from CreatixWorld are suitable for your business. If you are an individual creative, or a business company or a creative agency, you can use our projects for your own clients. For more details about the usage, please read our Terms of Use.
  • Can I use a project for multiple clients?
    NO. Each project is available for only one client. If you want to use the same project for multiple clients, you have to purchase the project for each client because each project is licensed to your client.
  • What currency do you charge in?
    The currency on CreatixWorld.com is US dollar ($).
  • How Can I Pay?
    You can pay with a Credit or Debit Card or with your PayPal account. All payments are processed securely by PayPal.
  • I don’t have a credit card or a PayPal account. How can I buy a project?
    The only way to purchase a project on CreatixWorld.com is by a credit card or PayPal account. If you don’t have any of those, we suggest creating a PayPal account. You can have your PayPal account in minutes and is free. For more information about the PayPal services, please visit www.paypal.com. We hope that in the future there will be various payment methods on Creatixworld.com.
  • Are there any credit card charges I need to look out for?
    Almost all credit cards charge an international transaction fee on purchases overseas. Visa & MasterCard charge an approximately 1% processing fee, which is known as an "International Transaction Fee", "Foreign Transaction Fees", or "International Service Fees". These fees are NOT charged by our payment gateway, however, by the individual credit card. Please contact your credit card merchant bank to verify the fees.
  • Do you store my credit card details?
    We do not store your credit card information in the system, that means every time you make a purchase on CreatixWorld.com you’ll have to enter your credit card details again.
  • How do you protect my credit card information?
    The security of your personal information and credit card is important to us. All the credit card information entered when you make a purchase on CreatixWorld.com is processed through a secure platform. We do not store your credit card information in the system. That means every time you make a purchase on CreatixWorld.com you’ll have to enter your credit card details again.
  • During the payment process, I have received an error. What should I do?
    If you are paying using your credit or debit card, ensure you have included the card code located on the back of your card. For Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards, the card code is the last 3 digit number located on the back of your card on or above your signature line. For an American Express card, it is the last 4 digits at the very end of your card number.
  • Will I receive an Invoice?
    YES. Every time you purchase from CreatixWorld, you will receive an electronic version of the Invoice (PDF format). The invoice will be available for download from the e-mail send it to you together with the artwork files and legal terms.

  • How do you protect my personal information?
    The security of your personal information is important to us. We follow generally accepted industry standards to help protect your personal information including without limitation:
    • limiting access to your personal information to those of our employees who require it to provide services to you;
    • requiring employees to sign confidentiality agreements to protect customer and other confidential information;
    • ensuring that third-party service providers sign confidentiality agreements to maintain the confidentiality of your personal information and not to use it for any unauthorized purposes;
    • personal information collected is retained as long as it is reasonably required for the purposes it was collected;
    • encrypting credit card information on our purchases using secure socket layer (SSL) technology; and
    • storing your personal information in secure computer systems which protect it from unauthorized access or use.
    No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

  • Do I need to create an Account for selling projects?
    YES. The only way to sell your project on CreatixWorld.com is by creating an Account. Simply click on the “Contributors Area” button on the top-right corner of the website and follow the on-screen steps. Good luck!
  • Do I have to activate my account after registering?
    YES. Once you have registered on CreatixWorld.com, an automatic e-mail is sent to you to activate your account. Just click on the big button from the e-mail and then you’ll be redirected to CreatixWorld.com to enter your e-mail and Password.
  • Are CreatixWorld memberships free?
    YES. To register as a Contributor on CreatixWorld.com is FREE.
  • Can I have multiple accounts?
    NO. Each Contributor can have only ONE account on CreatixWorld.com.
  • Can I change my account settings?
    YES. You can change most of your account details except your Date of Birth.
  • I forgot my password and/or e-mail. What can I do?
    If you forgot your password and/or e-mail, please click on the “Contributors Area” on the top-right corner of CreatixWorld.com website and then click on “Forgot your password?” option above the “Sign In” button and follow the on-screen instructions.
  • Can I change my password?
    YES. You can change your password if you like. We will send you an e-mail that contains a one-time login password.
  • Can I delete my account?
    YES. You can delete your account anytime by accessing “Account Setting” page under the “Your Account” tab. Deleting your account will completely remove ALL content associated with it. There is no way back, please be careful with this option.
  • How can I upload a project?
    Here at CreatixWorld is simple to upload a project. Before preparing your files and upload a project, please read the CreatixWorld rules “How Does It Work” by clicking here. Then you can login to your CreatixWorld account and click on “Upload Project” under the “Your Account” tab and follow the on-screen instructions.
  • What rights am I selling?
    When a client purchases a project, it means that he/she must have complete control over the project's publication, distribution, and reproduction without any time limit. It also provides him with the flexibility to use it in whatever way is best for his organization. Please read our Terms of Use at Section 2 about the License/Assignment and Copyrights.
  • Is there a fee to upload projects?
    NO. You can upload as many creative projects you’d like and have a great portfolio.
  • What kind of projects should I upload?
    At this moment you can sell only Logoson CreatixWorld. Soon more category projects will be added, such as Graphics, Icons, Brand Identities...
  • What currency should I use for my prices?
    All the prices on CreatixWorld are US dollar ($).
  • What price should I have for my project?
    Price can vary depending on how unique and well designed your project is. You can choose to have two different prices for your project. A project can have at least a “Standard License Price”. There is a fixed $50 price that you can have for "Standard License". The “Exclusive License Price” is optional.
  • Do I need to have both License Prices on my project?
    NO. A project can have at least a “Standard License Price”. The “Exclusive License Price” is optional.
  • Where can I see my uploaded projects?
    All your uploaded projects are in the “My Projects” page under the “Your Account” tab.
  • What language should I use for the project content?
    We recommend using English as the language for your project content, as this is an international language.
  • Are keywords important for my project?
    YES. You can add up to 20 keywords for each one of your projects. The keywords must be relevant to your project. This will help buyers to have a better search and your project can be sold faster on CreatixWorld.com.
  • What is the size and format of the Cover Image?
    The “Cover Image” size should be 230px wide by 260px height. The only image formats accepted are JPG or PNG. For more details about the Cover Image rules, please click here.
  • What is the size and format of the Preview Images?
    The “Project View Images” size should not exceed 715px wide by any height. The only image formats accepted are JPG or PNG. For more details about the Preview Images rules, please click here.
  • Can I change the content of my project?
    YES. After your project has been approved you can change most of your project details except the artwork files.
  • Can I delete a project?
    YES. You can see all your projects on the “My Projects” page under the “Your Account” tab and from there you can delete any of your project(s).
  • Can I sell my projects from/to other websites?
    YES, but you must follow the CreatixWorld’s Terms of Use and the other website’s Terms of Use. Once your project was sold as “Exclusive License Price” on CreatixWorld.com, you have the full responsibility to delete the project from the other websites. Please read our Terms of Use for more details.
  • Can I use/sell my projects for my own clients?
    If it happened to sell one of your Exclusive License Price projects to your own clientele you have the responsibility to immediately remove that project from CreatixWorld Site.
  • What is a Project Status?
    A Project can have 4 different statuses:
    Pending – The project must be revised by our technical department to make sure it follows the CreatixWorld rules.
    Accepted – The project was revised and accepted by our technical department and is online for sale on CreatixWorld.com.
    Rejected – The project did not followed the CreatixWorld rules and it must be revised or re-uploaded by you.
    Deleted – The project contains one or more (but not limited to): mailware, adult/pornographic content or obscene message.
  • How long does it take for my project to be approved?
    The process for your project to be approved and published on CreatixWorld.com can take up to 5 working days.
  • Why has my project been rejected?
    The project can be rejected if you haven’t followed the CreatixWorld rules. For each rejected project we will send you an e-mail with the reasons why the project was rejected and what you can do to have your project accepted and ready for sell. For more details about the CreatixWorld rules, please go to How Does It Work page.
  • Why has my project been deleted?
    The project can be automatically deleted if you haven’t followed the CreatixWorld rules. For each deleted project we will send you an e-mail with the reasons why the project was deleted. For more details about the CreatixWorld rules, please go to How Does It Work page.
  • How do I know when my project is sold?
    When your project is sold, you will receive a notification e-mail from CreatixWorld.
  • Can I buy Projects if I’m a Contributor?
    YES. As a Contributor to CreatixWorld.com you can also purchase projects if you need to, but you can’t purchase the project and make some changes and sell it on CreatixWorld.com or other websites or marketplace. You can purchase the project only for your own use or for your clients.
  • Do I really have to be available for changes if the buyer request?
    NO but it's strongly recommended to be available, as buyers frequently need a designer to perform further changes.
  • How can I contact the buyer if he/she requests changes?
    When a buyer request changes to the project, will send you an e-mail with all the necessary details.
  • Do I need CreatixWorld to provide the changing services?
    NO. The changing service is done outside of CreatixWorld Site, directly between the Buyer and you and is charged separately from the project sale price. You have the full rights to decide the price of the changes requested by the Buyer.
  • Where can I see my messages?
    All your messages are listed in the “My Messages” page under the “Your Account” tab.
  • How do I reply to a message received from CreatixWorld on my e-mail?
    When you have received e-mail from CreatixWorld, you can reply to the e-mail directly from that e-mail by following the listed directions on the e-mail, or by login into your CreatixWorld account and access the “My Messages” page under the “Your Account” tab and then click on the e-mail you want to reply and click “Reply”.
  • Can I send a message to another contributor?
    YES. You can send messages to another Contributor on CreatixWorld.com only if you request creative services from that Contributor.
  • How will I be paid?
    Payout is available only to a PayPal account. The full amount will be transferred to your PayPal account. The payment process can be done only on the “My Earnings” page located under the “Your Account” tab. You will have to provide your PayPal e-mail address and this MUST be a valid and correctly typed PayPal account e-mail address. If it is not, PayPal will hold your money for 30 days before we can try sending it to you again.
  • What is my share from the price?
    Your share will be 65% from the sale price. CreatixWorld will pay the PayPal transfer fees, so you can receive your full share.
  • How can I request a payout?
    When you request a payout, you have to login to your CreatixWorld account and click on the “My Earnings” option under the “Your Account” tab. On the “My Earnings” page you can see all the projects you have sold, the history of your payments, the balance available and the “Request Payout” option. Click on “Request Payout” button and follow the on-screen instructions.
  • Is there a fee when I request a payout?
    NO. CreatixWorld will pay the PayPal transfer fees, so you can receive your full share.
  • In what currency will I be paid?
    The currency on CreatixWorld.com is US dollar ($). When receiving the payment from CreatixWorld on your PayPal account, there are two (2) options about the currency. You can open a new balance for US dollars in your PayPal account, or convert the received amount currency into your existing PayPal currency.
  • What should I do if I entered a wrong PayPal e-mail address on Request Payout?
    If you have entered a wrong PayPal e-mail address, PayPal will hold your money for 30 days before we can try sending it to you again. Please notify us as soon as you have noticed the problem to support@creatixworld.com and we will try to fix the problem as soon as possible.
  • Can I be paid if I don’t have a PayPal account?
    NO. The only way you can be paid is in a PayPal account. If you don’t own a PayPal account, you can create one in minutes and is free. For more information about the PayPal services, please visit www.paypal.com.  We hope that in the future there will be various payment methods on Creatixworld.com.
  • Do I have to pay my tax?
    YES. It is your responsibility to pay any taxes requested by the country’s law you are resident of. CreatixWorld.com will not pay any taxes on your behalf.
